Meet Our Team

Sam is the owner of Dudes n’ Dolls, and has found herself alone in this role since her business partner and son’s father sadly suddenly died in 2019.

This hasn’t stopped her becoming a girl boss of a growing collection of businesses. 

A people person to her core, she counts her lucky stars to have the privilege to work with a team of enthusiastic, dedicated and all-round-brilliant people.

Sam lives life at 150mph, flying between work, Southampton where her eldest son Jaden plays football, Mum life, having fun with her youngest Son Rio and occasionally out with her friends

Her strengths include an extreme drive to have everything perfect, right now.

Her weaknesses include an extreme drive to have everything perfect, right now! 

Lorena joined us in June 2023 and is a huge part of Dudes n Dolls.

Lorena has absolutely blossomed into a wonderful, confident, knowledgeable therapist with a great sense of humour. She has a remarkable way of being extremely professional, yet wickedly funny.

We are so proud of Lorena and an appointment with her will leave you feeling thrilled and looked after.

In my spare time I love going to concerts and going on holiday and exploring the world ✈️🌎

Hi, I’m Lauren, 🌺

Lauren joined us in Summer 2024 and is a huge hit already!

Her attention to detail is next level, and has settled in within the team perfectly! If you want a fab set of nails, then you’re in safe hands! 

I am fully qualified in nails and am really enjoying being able to show off my “natural talent” (this is what Emily says) for nails in the salon.

Lauren has almost completed her Level 3 in beauty and is in the salon every Saturday.

I love doing nails, I love the transformations and how happy clients feel after.

In my spare time I enjoy going on dog walks and spending time with my friends and family.

Josie joined us in Summer 2025 and it’s like she’s always been here and has settled in within the team and clients perfectly!

With her exceptional knowledge, fun personality, confidence and expertise, you can expect a stunning, long-lasting finish on your nails.

If you love beautifully sculpted nails with that extra touch of perfection, Josie is your go-to!

Coco joined us in May 2026 and is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and caring; with the perfect personality to join our team. 

Coco has been working in the beauty industry for 10 years and offers a wide range of treatments, with a particular passion and speciality in nails and lashes.
